About the Journal

'ILIMI' is a Hausa word derived from Arabic word ILM which means knowledge. The main objective of the ILIMI Journal is to disseminate knowledge in the fields of Arts, Management and Social Sciences. It provides an exciting opportunity to scholars in these fields to publish their original papers.

The Ilimi Journal of Arts and Social Sciences (IJASS) is a Journal dedicated to the promotion of inter-disciplinary research in the fields ofArts, Management and Social Sciences. The Journal publishes original and scholarly papers be it empirical or theoretical.

The editorial Board accepts submissions for publication all year round. IJASS uses blind Peer Review process for each paper submitted for consideration; and a paper is only accepted for publication upon positive report from at least 2 of the reviewers who are considered experts in the subject matter of the paper.

We, therefore, like to express our sincere appreciation to all those who contributed towards the successful production of this Journal. Most especially our reviewers who volunteered their time, energy and expertise in order to review the papers and offer us very critical and insightful comments that helped to improve the quality of the papers in this issue.

Articles are welcome from prospective authors either individually or in collaboration with other researchers and will make contribution to the development and success of the Journal.
